1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to locations within Kenya. Shipping is available to:
- All major cities including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret
- Towns and rural areas with accessible courier services
- P.O. Box addresses (where applicable)
For areas not listed, please contact our customer support to check availability.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Custom Orders: 3-5 business days
- Pre-Orders: As specified on the product page
Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times from order dispatch:
- Nairobi and Suburbs: 1-2 business days
- Major Cities: 2-4 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and courier availability.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order total value
- Delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected

5. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier services:
- Standard Delivery: Regular courier service for most orders
- Express Delivery: Faster delivery for urgent orders (additional fees apply)
- Pick-up Points: Collect from designated pickup locations
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS updates on delivery status
- Real-time tracking through your account dashboard
- Delivery partner's contact information
7. Delivery Requirements
For successful delivery:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Include phone number for delivery coordination
- Specify any delivery instructions or landmarks
- Valid ID may be required for high-value items
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- You will be contacted after each failed attempt
- Package will be held at the courier depot for 7 days
- Storage fees may apply after the free holding period
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Inspect packages upon delivery in the presence of the courier
- Report any damage immediately to customer support
- Take photos of damaged packaging and items
- We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
10. Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or rerouting.
11. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items from different vendors may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments from the same order.
12. Customs and Import Duties
For domestic shipping within Kenya, no customs duties apply. All displayed prices include applicable taxes. For any future international shipping, customers will be responsible for customs duties and import taxes as per their country's regulations.
